The problem started with me at the end of 2013; however it was managed with courses of antibiotics. The flow of urine further reduced & I did the RGU in February 2015, which showed that there is stricture in the urethra. On 1st February 2015, I did internal urethrotomy and dilation for the stricture but after eight months I felt that the stricture has come back. I did another x ray on 21st – September -2015 and Doctor advised me to do second internal urethrotomy and dilation for release scar tissue and follow self-catheterization for 3 to 4 months after the surgery to prevent recurrence of restructure.
