My name is David Zimbeck, I’m 35 years old. In early 2018 I suffered a horrible injury to my bladder neck, urethra, and sphincters from air pressure from a floor based body drying device. It was very hard for everybody to believe this fact. I felt instant regret and pain around my bladder neck. It felt for the next several days that I always had to urinate probably due to the inflammation and injury to the muscles. It’s possible the air even affected the prostate and small surrounding muscles. My pelvic floor was inflammatory as well and I tried to force myself to urinate even stressing my muscles more. After a couple days I could not wait anymore for the injury to recover and I reluctantly got a cystoscopy concerned that I had a stricture. However I was worried that I had no more time and it’s possible my kidneys even inflamed a little from the stress. I was scared during the cystoscopy that they would have to use a laser but they didn’t and the doctor told me it was only inflammation. I woke up from the procedure crying. I would have rather died than get dilatation or surgery.

I went straight to India, to Dr. Narayan’s Hospital Brahma Ayurveda. One thing that gave me increased confidence in the clinic was Dr. Narayan sent me phone numbers of other patients that he treated and even this allowed me to confirm with them directly. This is very different from usual testimonials where it could be anyone in the videos or emails, this was real patients. Upon arrival I was happy to see it was in a small town free from the pollution in other parts of India that I had experience with such as Mumbai. I loved the local food and took many pictures of cows. Not only did Narayan offer to treat me, but as an international guest I was able to sleep at the clinic and they would cook for me several times a day. He explained that Ayurvedic medicine doesn’t just treat the condition, but treats the patients overall health. So, daily I received Uttarbasti, massages, sauna, nasal treatment and enemas. It was discovered that I did have a stricture near the bladder neck which may have been caused by cystoscopy or endless inflammation. Unfortunately that is in a very hard to treat area according to what I had researched. He showed me photos, explained the condition in extreme detail. I am the type of person who wants to know as much as possible about something to really understand what I’m doing. He explained how Ayurveda is one of the most clinical medicines in the world due to the fact that India has been researching the herbs for thousands of years and even in the old Sanskrit it’s explained how to treat these conditions. It’s as if the western and European world, driven for profit, war and control has destroyed some of the best knowledge about herbs the world had to offer and thus modern western understanding of herbs is simply not as clinical because they turned their back on information that had hundreds and even thousands of years of clinical experience.

Also for strictures this concept really made so much sense to me. Why would something as simple as a blockage of scar tissue cause so much trouble for western doctors to treat where they are incapable of treating it without barbaric surgeries? The idea of using herbs to soften the tissue and dissolve it made so much sense to me. Also to do this to promote healing of tissues and muscles and to combat inflammation made sense as well. The doctor explained the herbs can help heal the bladder walls and nerves.

So every day I would experience Uttarbasti. It was painful but not so bad as he uses an antiseptic jelly and is always extremely careful. Later I would relax in the room and take various herbs and medicines. After enough days he did a calibration which he explained is not a dilatation. It was the introduction of catheters to clear away the dissolved tissue and gently release the spasms of my muscles. Since my sphincter muscles had been hurt, the doctor explained they were in spasm and to release it he would keep the catheter in for 10 to 15 minutes to release the spasm. While there the doctor was unbelievably patient even though he had so many patients who had lost hope. The doctor said something interesting that although we can cure or treat conditions at the end of the day it is God that ultimately heals us.

I spent a lot of time desperate, almost hopeless begging God for forgiveness. Regardless of how down and depressed I was, Narayan had insisted he would do everything in his power to treat me. Since my condition was extremely inflammatory, it took longer than expected to treat it. I spent almost a couple months there however he was able to give me a good deal with the extra days as it is Dr. Narayan’s true desire to heal his patients. By the end my condition had improved dramatically.

Before I had left India, Dr. Narayan was so insistent to ensure my condition improved that he sent me home with oils that I was able to use on myself at night. My flow rate was much better; my stricture was gone however I still had a very mild issue with inflammation only once a week or so. Dr. Narayan explained the oils alone can cure a stricture with home treatment without calibration assuming you do it for several months.

Although my stricture had already been cured. Over the months at home I improved dramatically and finally I had done some embryonic stem cell treatment in Mexico to reinforce my recovery.
Narayan went above and beyond for me. He is more than a doctor, he is a kind hearted and caring person. The world needs more people like him. I wish what he was doing was known everywhere around the world and it’s so amazingly ironic that something so incredible is limited to this tiny clinic in India. And he really is one of the only clinics if not the only clinic who properly does this. He is innovative in his work, he has taken what was known as a treatment for thousands of years and refined it, improved on it and pioneered what must be one of the least invasive most simple ways to cure strictures. But not only strictures, to help treat all kinds of injuries, conditions and inflammatory problems with the bladder. I’m 100% better and thank god that I’m able to live a normal life again. It has really reminded me to appreciate my body and the many brilliant things the human body is designed to do. It’s like a perfect machine, a temple and we must treat our body like a holy temple. I was suffering from a stricture for over seven years. I had two Endoscopic Urethrotomy treatments, one in 2011 and one in 2013. The problem started with me at the end of 2013; however it was managed with courses of antibiotics. The flow of urine further reduced & I did the RGU in February 2015, which showed that there is stricture in the urethra.

On 1st February 2015, I did internal urethrotomy and dilation for the stricture but after eight months I felt that the stricture has come back. I did another x ray on 21st – September -2015 and Doctor advised me to do second internal urethrotomy and dilation for release scar tissue and follow self-catheterization for 3 to 4 months after the surgery to prevent recurrence of restructure.

Three years back I was diagnosed for a urethral stricture. An urethrotomy was performed at a high-end healthcare facility at Bangalore. The procedure did not work and a few months thereafter, in March 2017, the stricture recurred. As a result, I was forced to undergo urethrotomy all over again.
